The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to customers by efficiently managing parts inventory, assisting with parts orders, and supporting the service department to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities Assist customers and service technicians in identifying and ordering the correct parts. Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels. Process parts orders and returns in a timely and efficient manner. Provide expert advice on product specifications and availability. Collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs and support service operations. Maintain a clean and organized parts department. Requirements Previous experience in a parts advisory or related role preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive parts and terminology is a plus. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency with computer systems and inventory management software. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
