Job Description

Parts Specialist -
Commercial Refrigeration & Food Equipment Salary:
$60,000-$70,000 annually + quarterly bonus opportunities (based on experience)
Location:
Norwood, MA (On-Site) Are you experienced in sourcing parts within the commercial refrigeration, food equipment, HVAC/R, or related trades? Our client is seeking a Parts Specialist to join a growing, family-led organization with more than 35 years of experience serving customers throughout New England. What You'll Do:
  • Analyze schematics, diagrams, and equipment documentation to identify required replacement parts.
  • Research, quote, order, and manage parts procurement with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Communicate with manufacturers and suppliers to source the correct components efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with the Service Department to ensure timely parts availability.
  • Prepare written proposals for customers and maintain follow-up communication.
  • Assist with receiving orders and supporting additional departmental needs as required.
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
What You Bring:
  • Proven experience sourcing parts within commercial refrigeration, food equipment, HVAC/R, kitchen equipment, or a related trade industry.
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify accurate replacement components.
  • Experience reading and interpreting schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
