Full Job Description Description:
Join Our Team as a Full-Time Service BDC Representative! The Lyon-Waugh Auto Group is searching for positive, driven individual to join our diverse team as Full-Time Service BDC Representative . If you're someone who brings positive energy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service—we can't wait to hear from you!
Schedule:
Monday-Saturday, with one scheduled weekday off
Compensation Plan:
Base hourly rate of $20/hr. plus monthly bonus
What You'll Be Doing:
Welcome clients in person at the desk or on the phone Schedule service appointment Schedule valet pick up appointments, working with valet drivers Schedule deliveries Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, missed appointments declined services and upcoming maintenance Assist clients with common questions and direct them to appropriate personnel Contact clients with open recalls, campaigns, special order parts Other duties assigned by management team What we can offer you: Comprehensive benefits package 401(k) options with company match PTO package that includes holidays, vacation, sick days, your birthday off, and a paid volunteer day longevity bonuses and paid trips Employee discounts on service, parts, and vehicle purchases Opportunities for tickets to concerts and sporting events Employee referral bonus Smoke free campuses
Requirements:
Previous experience in automotive BDC preferred, but will train the right candidate Clear, professional communication skills—both verbal and written Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Strong attention to detail Highly organized and dependable Familiarity with a multi-line phone system Confident phone presence with a friendly, helpful tone
