Job Summary Looking for a summer job? Join our team! Join our dynamic team as a Parts Counter Associate, where you'll be the vital link between our customers and the powersports parts, they need to keep their vehicles running smoothly. In this energetic role, you'll provide exceptional customer service, assist with inventory management, and leverage your powersports knowledge to ensure accurate order fulfillment. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help drive our success and enhance the customer experience. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to all customers in person and over the phone Assist customers with locating parts, accessories, and riding gear Answer, direct, and transfer phone calls professionaly using multi-line phone system Process customer transactions accurately using basic math and cashiering skills Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers to ensure a positive experience Utilize dealership software and computer systems to assist customers and locate information Maintain organized workspace and ensure accuracy when handling parts and customer information Support team members and assist various departments as needed Work collaborativley to help achieve daily dealership goals Contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and staff Requirements Must be 16 years old or older Experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Stron communication and customer service skills Comfortable using computers and learning new software Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Powersports knowledge is a plus (Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha) This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their expertise in motorsports parts sales while delivering outstanding customer service.
