Ability to repeatedly bend or stoop to floor-level shelves and be able to reach upper shelves with the use of a ladder when necessary Responsibilities Receive and process material orders Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, invoices, or packing slips to ensure all items are received, not damaged, and validate into inventory Schedule large shipments and coordinate logistics to ensure storage space for incoming items and presence of personnel to manage incoming shipments Ensure all parts are promptly checked in Locate and stock parts Pull customer orders Package and prepare parts for shipment Process shipments using shipping software such as UPS and Shipping Easy, while utilizing documentation such as Bills of Lading (BOL) Coordinate deliveries to customers, including boxing goods and addressing packages Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers, peers, and management Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Verify invoice and purchase order for pick-ups
