Job Description

Spares & Service Support Specialist We're working with a global automation and robotics company that designs and delivers advanced manufacturing solutions to some of North America's leading industrial businesses. They're looking to add a Spares & Service Support Specialist to help grow their aftermarket business across spare parts, field service support, and customer account management. This is a customer-facing role where you'll work directly with manufacturing plants, maintenance teams, engineering groups, and purchasing departments to ensure customers have the parts, support, and service resources they need to keep critical automation equipment running. What You'll Be Doing Manage spare parts orders, quotations, pricing, and delivery coordination for customers across North America Build relationships with plant maintenance, engineering, operations, and purchasing teams Support the growth of the aftermarket spares and services business Coordinate with internal service teams to schedule and execute service activities Monitor spare parts requirements and help customers identify recommended stock levels Work closely with suppliers and global teams to ensure competitive pricing and lead times Maintain accurate records of parts activity, customer interactions, and service support Travel to customer sites to strengthen relationships and identify new service opportunities What We're Looking For Experience in spare parts, aftermarket support, customer service, inside sales, service coordination, or industrial equipment support Background within automation, robotics, machinery, manufacturing equipment, industrial systems, or related industries Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms Strong customer-facing communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects, orders, and customer requests simultaneously Comfortable working directly with manufacturing plants and industrial customers Why Consider It? Pay:
$90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
