We have an exciting opportunity for you! At My Auto Grand Rapids, we are looking for a skilled and dedicated Parts Counterperson to join our dynamic team. We're looking for candidates with Monday-Friday availability with some Saturdays.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them in finding the right parts for their vehicles. Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries, and offering recommendations. Utilize our advanced computer systems to locate and order parts efficiently. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure the availability of required parts. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

Previous Experience:

Prior experience in an automotive parts or service environment is preferred.

Knowledge:

A solid understanding of automotive parts and their application in different vehicles is a plus.

Customer Focus:

A friendly and customer-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills.

Organizational Skills:

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain attention to detail.

Tech Savviness:

Comfortable using computer systems and software to process orders and track inventory.
