Job Description

Holland Bus Company is seeking a dependable, results driven person to work in the Parts Department at our dealership in Holland MI. We offer a competitive wage ranging from $21 to $25 per hour along with a quarterly bonus/commission. A health/dental plan and 401k for full time employees is also provided. We have a great schedule with no late nights or weekend work required as well. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a positive attitude to work for a growing company.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Sell school bus and commercial bus parts Keep up to date with new products and training Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Assist with inventory control as needed Help to maintain a clean department and work area
Requirements:
High School Diploma, Associates degree (AA) preferred 1-3 years of Prior sales experience (Automotive or heavy-duty parts sales experience preferred) Computer, mathematical, and customer service skills Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, stoop and lift/move up 75 lbs. on occasion
