Position Description and Purpose:

Key Essential Functions/Duties:
Maintain accurate inventory of spare parts, tools, and consumables using inventory management systems. Receive, inspect, and store incoming parts and materials. Issue parts to maintenance and production personnel as needed. Track usage and reorder parts to maintain optimal stock levels. Coordinate with vendors and purchasing to ensure timely delivery of parts. Assist in sourcing alternative parts or suppliers when necessary. Maintain organized and clean parts storage areas. Support maintenance planning by ensuring parts availability for scheduled work. Generate inventory and usage reports for management review. Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits.
