Duties Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with parts selection, vehicle diagnostics, and repair needs Manage inventory control through accurate stock monitoring, ordering, and stock replenishment using inventory management systems like CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Process sales transactions efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling cash and credit card payments with professionalism Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to ensure timely order fulfillment for vehicle repairs and maintenance Maintain organized shelves and storage areas, stocking parts systematically to optimize accessibility and inventory accuracy Utilize automotive diagnostics tools to identify parts requirements and support vehicle repair processes Communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual capabilities preferred) to enhance customer experience and resolve inquiries promptly Requirements Previous dealership or retail sales experience in an automotive parts environment is highly preferred Strong knowledge of automotive repair, vehicle maintenance, and automotive service procedures Proficiency in inventory management software such as CMMS; familiarity with Microsoft Excel is a plus Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for inventory control and order accuracy Ability to perform retail math calculations accurately for pricing, discounts, and stock assessments Effective negotiation skills to manage supplier relationships and secure favorable terms Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse customer needs effectively Strong communication skills, phone etiquette, and customer service orientation are essential Basic understanding of automotive diagnostics tools and maintenance procedures is advantageous Join us as a Parts Specialist where your expertise fuels our success!
