This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, working closely with technicians and service advisors, and becoming a trusted resource within a busy luxury dealership environment. Whether you have automotive parts experience or are looking to take the next step in your automotive career, you'll play a critical role in keeping our service department operating efficiently and delivering an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do Assist customers, technicians, and service advisors with parts requests in a professional and timely manner Research, identify, and accurately specify automotive parts and accessories Answer incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, and orders Coordinate with the service department to ensure technicians have the parts they need to complete repairs efficiently Order parts from manufacturers and suppliers based on customer and service department demands Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming inventory Process invoices, payments, warranties, returns, and core credits accurately Maintain inventory records and support cycle counts and inventory control processes Keep the parts department organized, clean, and customer-focused Deliver a premium experience consistent with the Cadillac brand What We're Looking For Automotive parts experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Strong computer and data-entry skills Basic math skills for invoices, inventory, and transactions Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Why Suburban Cadillac of Troy?
