Parts Counter Associate

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support in various operational areas. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Associate will engage with customers and assist with sales transactions. An associate with experience in diesel trucks and trailer parts is a plus. Automotive experience is acceptable, as training will be provided. Benefits available after 90 days. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries. Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Assist customers with truck and trailer parts, including providing information on products and services. Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure smooth operations. Utilize automotive diagnostics knowledge to assist customers in identifying their truck and trailer part needs. Qualifications Previous experience in diesel trucks and trailer parts is a plus. Automotive experience is acceptable, as training will be provided. Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment. ++ We prefer to see that you have had experience within the gas and diesel industry.
