Service Writer/Advisor

Summary We are seeking energetic and friendly candidates to fill a full-time Service Writer/Advisor position immediately. This role involves working 40+ hours per week, Monday through Saturday, with one day off each week. We are closed on Sundays.​ Responsibilities Creating purchase orders and ordering parts as needed Receiving purchase orders and stocking shelves​ Assisting customers with parts, service, and rentals​ Maintaining proper inventory levels​ Ensuring correct costs and parts in LightSpeed POS software Creating vendor returns as needed​ Assisting with warranty processes​ Maintaining a clean parts area​ Creating service estimates and repair orders​ Assisting service technicians with repair order parts Conducting monthly and yearly inventory​ Requirements Valid Driver's License Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task Attention to detail Ability to work independently as well as within a team. Ability to lift 25lbs Basic computer skills

Preferences:
