We're seeking a talented OE Parts Expert to join the Transwest Team! Transwest is a leading provider of top-quality commercial trucks and transportation solutions. Promote and support manufacturer-approved parts programs and initiatives.
Answer incoming calls and assist customers with OE parts identification and ordering.
Follow up on OE parts orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding factory specifications, compatibility, and warranties.
Provide accurate product information and order updates.
Maintain familiarity with OEM catalogs, ordering platforms, and manufacturer systems.
Record departmental data and recommend operational improvements.
Document customer quality concerns and escalate per manufacturer guidelines.
Educate customers and team members on OE policies, warranty procedures, returns, and credit terms.
Provide troubleshooting assistance aligned with factory repair standards.
Process orders accurately and efficiently.
Maintain strong working relationships with service technicians and warranty teams.
Set an example of professionalism and positivity.
Maintain an orderly and safe working environment.
Additional duties as assigned.
This position may require standing, balancing, bending, or stooping for prolonged periods of time.
Corrected vision and hearing within normal range required.
Ability to work under stressful conditions or irregular hours.
Valid driver and license and MVR in good standing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong multitasking abilities.
Customer service and relationship-building skills.

Detail oriented with strong accuracy focus.

Knowledge of diesel engines, gas engines, drivetrain, and suspension systems.
Heavy and medium-duty truck industry experience.
