We're hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Parts Assistant to support our Bandit Tree Chipper product line.

Position Summary:

Support customers and technicians with accurate, timely parts ordering and inventory management. Strong computer skills and phone communication are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Process parts orders accurately using inventory systems Identify and source parts quickly Maintain inventory records and organization Answer and manage incoming calls professionally Assist customers and technicians with parts inquiries Coordinate with vendors for parts availability Support daily parts department operations

Qualifications:

Strong computer and data entry skills High attention to detail and accuracy Reliable with consistent phone communication Customer service and communication skills Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Parts or equipment experience (preferred, not required) Must be able to life heavy parts of up to 75 pounds.
