Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Max Motors Dealerships. This position is crucial in ensuring our parts department runs smoothly, providing exceptional service to both our technicians and customers. Key Responsibilities Assist customers and technicians in identifying and sourcing the correct parts needed for repairs and maintenance. Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to ensure availability of essential parts. Process parts orders and handle transactions efficiently. Provide support in managing returns and exchanges of parts. Maintain a clean and organised parts counter area. Requirements Previous experience in a parts counter or related role is preferred. Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems. Attention to detail and a passion for the automotive industry. Nice to have Knowledge of automotive parts and systems. Experience with automotive parts software. Certification in automotive technology or related fields.
