Job Description

Overview We are seeking a motivated, customer service oriented individual. The person in this sales position will communicate with our customers to assist in finding the correct tractor part for their needs. Must be a multi-tasker that is proficient with accessing multiple resource systems. Will serve walk in clients, as well as, phone sales transactions. Work week is Monday thru Friday 8-5 and some Saturdays 8-12. This sales position will have a thorough training period, which will be compensated at an hourly rate. Once you have completed the training period, this sales position will be a 100% commission based salary with high earning potential !!
Responsibilities Customer Assistance:
Helping customers identify the correct parts for their tractors, providing price quotes, and ensuring they receive the necessary components.
Order Management:
Processing both over-the-counter and special orders, tracking inventory, and ensuring timely delivery or pickup.
Relationship Building:
Developing rapport with customers, both retail and those from service departments, and fostering a positive experience.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintaining records of sales, managing inventory data, and handling cash transactions. Qualifications Phone management (Fast paced / High Volume) Ability to multi task High level of communication skills Ability to utilize multiple parts systems Ability to work with other departments / shipping / parts runners Ability to retain tractor parts knowledge, (example - model#, year, brand, etc..)
