Parts Specialist - Join the Team at Wade's RV (Joplin, MO) Wade's RV is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Parts Specialist to join our team! What You'll Do As our Parts Specialist, you'll play a key role in keeping both our customers and service department running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting customers in person and over the phone with parts needs and upgrades Recommending and selling accessories and upgrades to enhance the customer experience Ordering parts for service units and retail customers Creating purchase orders (POs) and receiving inventory into the system Building estimates for parts and service work Navigating manufacturer portals to source parts and track orders Keeping the parts department clean, stocked, and well-organized What We're Looking For Previous experience ordering or working with parts (RV, automotive, powersports, or similar preferred) Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly Great communication and customer service skills Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable A positive attitude and team-first mindset Why Wade's RV?
