Skills & Qualifications:

Strong active listening and communication. Excellent time management and organizational. Above-average computer skills. At least 2 years of sales experience (trailer/parts sales preferred). Service-oriented attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. (most parts 5-60 lbs). Clear and professional verbal and written communication. Ability to understand and explain product information effectively.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in person and over the phone with trailer parts and service needs. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services. Provide accurate pricing based on company price sheets. Locate, order, and process parts efficiently. Maintain inventory for the Parts Department. Support outside sales representatives with their orders. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately. Answer customer questions regarding products, prices, and availability. Stay current with catalogs, pricing, and product updates. Work to achieve revenue and profit goals set by management.

Pay:

Employee will start in an hourly position while completing training and learning the role. Upon successful completion of training, pay will transition to a percentage-based structure tied to individual and department performance.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, Saturday 9-12 on rotating schedule during select seasons
