Commission Purpose:

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service with timely & accurate information regarding accounts, products, rates, & services offered. The individual must be highly motivated to develop and grow parts sales throughout the St. Louis metro area.

Responsibilities:

Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with clients. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate part solutions. Generate new business through cold calls, in-person visits, referrals, and networking. Manage existing accounts to ensure repeat business. Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on sales opportunities. Stay informed on product offerings, pricing, and trends. Operate a company vehicle in a safe and professional manner, ensuring it remains presentable at all times. Assists in keeping parts department clean and orderly. Routinely lifts items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

High School diploma or equivalent experience. Experience connecting with customers, maintain professional image, establish rapport. Experience with parts sales preferred. Demonstrate understanding of the selling processes. Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with independence. Experience using standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet applications. Share job details to
