Brad Derr / 816-324-5618 / bderr@derrequipment.com Essential Job Functions Assists internal and external customers in person and over the phone. Prepares parts order quotes. Establishes parts availability and place parts orders. Receive and deliver parts. Maintains accurate inventories and organization of products. Stock inventory and assist with merchandise displays. Match invoices to packing lists. Maintain proficiency with electronic business systems and other computer programs. Qualifications Ability to respond quickly, efficiently, and professionally to demands and requests from customers. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer relations and phone skills. Effective time management skills and the ability to multi-task. Good attention to detail. Ability to work independently. Have strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite . Knowledge of DIS Business systems is a plus. Familiarity with Case IH and Kubota equipment and parts is preferred, but not required.
