Duties Assist customers in identifying and locating the correct parts and accessories using diagnostics tools and inventory systems Manage inventory control by stocking, organizing, and tracking parts using inventory management software. Process sales transactions accurately through POS (Point of Sale) systems, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods with professionalism. Collaborate with service technicians to fulfill parts orders promptly, ensuring timely vehicle maintenance and repair support. Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries via phone or in person, demonstrating effective communication skills and friendly phone etiquette. Skills Strong knowledge of diagnostics, maintenance, and repair processes is favorable but not a deal breaker. We can teach you! Experience with retail sales, cashiering, POS systems, and retail math to ensure accurate transactions. Familiarity with dealership operations, service procedures, and marketing strategies is helpful. Organizational skills to manage stocking, order fulfillment, and inventory control efficiently. Effective communication skills to interact confidently with customers, team members, and vendors.
