Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Parts Specialist and become the vital link between our dealership and our valued customers. In this energetic role, you will manage agricultural equipment parts inventory, assist customers with their parts needs, and support agricultural equipment maintenance and repair operations. Your expertise will ensure seamless parts ordering, inventory control, and exceptional customer service, helping drivers keep their vehicles in top condition. This position offers an engaging environment where your automotive knowledge and organizational skills will drive success every day. Responsibilities Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct agriculture parts and accessories through expert product knowledge and communication skills. Manage inventory levels. Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems, including cash handling and retail math calculations to ensure accuracy. Collaborate with service technicians to support equipment maintenance and repair needs by providing the right parts promptly. Maintain organized stockrooms, perform stocking duties, and conduct regular inventory control checks to prevent shortages or overstocking. Engage in dealership marketing efforts by promoting available parts specials or promotions to customers. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers remotely and handle customer inquiries with professionalism. Support dealership sales management efforts by upselling compatible products and fostering positive customer relationships. Qualifications Proven experience in agriculture equipment repair or agriculture equipment service environments, preferably within a dealership setting. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory effectively. Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of agriculture equipment diagnostics, vehicle maintenance procedures, and retail sales processes. Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail math for accurate transaction processing. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with inventory management, stocking procedures, and order fulfillment is highly desirable. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting purposes.
