Job Description

Bobcat of Charlotte, a full-line dealer for Bobcat brand equipment, is currently seeking a Parts Counter Salesperson.
This job entails:
Assist internal and external customers by researching parts and processing orders Place parts orders Daily shipping and receiving Assist with maintaining an accurate inventory by performing regular inventory counts Assist service department with repair orders Participate in all training programs that are made available Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner Maintain a clean and organized working environment Requirements Past parts sales experience preferred Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing Ability to solve problems using wisdom in order to find best solutions Must have exceptional customer service skills!!!!! Detail oriented and well organized Able to prioritize task and responsibilities Must have computer skills Must have valid drivers license'
