Job Description

Icon EV is looking for an organized individual to contribute to our growing parts business.
Hours per day:
Minimum 8 hours a day•Full Time Days per week: 5 with overtime available, Onsite 100% Job Description•Parts Customer Service Representative
JOB EXPECTATIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
•1. Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, word, and power point document creation 2. Hub Spot and Netsuite knowledge preferred but will train 3. Part identifying, labeling, and organizing 4. Answer incoming emails and phone calls 5. Assist with inventory tracking 6. Keep records of completed orders 7. Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner. 8. Communicate and cooperate with managers and team members. Required Knowledge, Skills, AND Abilities• Hub Spot  Microsoft Dynamics  Computer/ Phone  Quality Control experience / knowledge Education and Experience•Parts experience preferred. Positive attitude and ability to learn are required.
