This position is ideal for someone who enjoys the operational side of the automotive repair business and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and helping a team succeed. This is not a high-pressure sales position. Instead, you'll play a critical role supporting our service advisors, technicians, and customers by managing estimates, parts, warranties, and daily shop operations. You'll work as part of a small team of 5-7 employees in a busy 4-bay repair facility. We're a locally owned business with an involved owner and a strong team culture. Responsibilities Build accurate repair estimates using Tekmetric Source, order, receive, and manage automotive parts Coordinate with vendors and suppliers Process extended service contract and warranty claims Maintain inventory accuracy and organization Assist with incoming phone calls and customer communication Help write repair orders and check customers in and out as needed Support daily shop operations to ensure work flows smoothly and efficiently Requirements 3+ years of experience in an automotive repair facility or automotive parts business Automotive estimating experience required Strong automotive parts knowledge required 6+ months of experience using Tekmetric strongly preferred Strong computer skills and ability to type efficiently Professional attitude and team-oriented mindset Compensation & Benefits $65,000-$70,000 annual compensation Monday-Friday schedule Approximately 7:30 AM-5:30 PM No weekends 2 weeks paid vacation 6 paid holidays 100% employer-paid health insurance 100% employer-paid dental insurance 100% employer-paid vision insurance 401(k) with company match Company-provided uniforms Who Will Thrive Here The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, staying organized, and helping customers and teammates.
