Collision Center Parts Advisor Team Chevrolet of Swansboro Are you passionate about the automotive industry and enjoy being a key part of a high-performing team? Team Chevrolet of Swansboro is looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Collision Center Parts Advisor to join our growing collision repair team. In this role, you'll be at the center of the repair process, ensuring technicians have the right parts at the right time to deliver exceptional results for our customers. What You'll Do Source, order, and manage parts for collision repair jobs. Review repair estimates and identify all necessary parts for accurate and timely repairs. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts for accuracy and quality. Track parts orders and proactively follow up on backorders to keep repairs moving efficiently. Maintain organized inventory and parts storage areas. Work closely with technicians, estimators, and customers to ensure a seamless repair experience. Deliver professional, friendly, and responsive customer service every day. What We're Looking For Minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive parts, collision repair, retail parts sales, or a related field. Strong knowledge of automotive parts and industry terminology preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Basic computer proficiency and experience with inventory management systems. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, dependable, and committed to excellence. Valid driver's license required.
