You'll work closely with our service technicians, advisors, and retail customers to ensure the right parts are available when they're needed. If you're organized, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Be Doing Assist service technicians and retail customers by identifying and supplying the correct parts. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stocking and organizing inventory. Process parts orders, invoices, and warranty transactions accurately. Receive, inspect, and properly label incoming shipments. Communicate with vendors to source parts when needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department. Monitor inventory levels and notify management of shortages or fast-moving items. Work collaboratively with the service department to maximize efficiency and minimize vehicle downtime. Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction. What We're Looking For Previous automotive parts experience preferred. Knowledge of automotive systems, parts catalogs, and dealership software is a plus. Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment. Basic computer proficiency. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and spend extended periods standing, walking, and moving inventory.
