The Parts Associate plays a key role in supporting our sales & service department and customers by accurately identifying, sourcing, receiving, stocking, and distributing parts and accessories. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist customers and service technicians in identifying and locating parts and accessories. Process parts orders accurately and efficiently. Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory. Pull and prepare parts for service work orders. Keep the parts department clean, organized, and well-stocked. Assist with merchandising and displaying parts and accessories. Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members. Follow company policies and safety procedures. Qualifications Previous parts, inventory, warehouse, automotive, powersports, or retail experience preferred but not required. Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership management software. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
