Take Ownership Of:
Working with internal & external customers to find the correct parts in a timely & efficient manner Maintaining stocking levels & researching parts pricing & labor estimates Identifying new parts & part categories that need to be added to increase customer satisfaction levels Interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience with the Parts department and store & following up with customers & Technicians to ensure timely repair Assisting in cycle counting of the physical inventory & ordering, receiving, pricing & stocking parts in the service area Creating service orders & distributing work orders to Service Technicians Maintaining a safe & secure work environment by adhering to & striving to improve safety standards & reporting suspicious activity Completing related tasks as assigned You llNeed To Have:
Customer service skills Computer skills & the ability to learn new software Knowledge of tools & equipment We dLove If You Have:
Mechanical aptitude Previous parts experiencePhysical Requirements Of The Job:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to sit, stand & walk for the majority of your shift Ability to occasionally push, pull, squat, bend, & reach- Employment offers are contingent on drug-screen and background check.
