About us Northern Energy Services is looking for a qualified individual to join our team. NES specializes in Drilling Rig Relocation, Heavy Haul Trucking, Crane Services, Pilot Car Services, Wind Energy Transport and Support and Crane Inspections..

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 5+ years' experience preferred. Must be able to pass drug test. Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Must be able to stand, sit, bend, or climb for long periods of time. Ability to lift 50lbs or more. Detail Oriented, Organized, Ability to follow directions. Must be a self-starter and have the ability to successfully identify and solve problems. Comply with all policies and procedures and all health and safety policies. We are looking for a Parts Specialist to join our team of talented professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers, sourcing parts, processing orders and maintaining accountability of inventory. This is a hands-on position that requires strong communication skills and an understanding of automotive parts and products. Mechanical background preferred. Experience with Asset Works preferred Responsibilities Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts room and storage areas. Receive, stock, and enter parts into the computerized inventory control system. Monitor inventory levels and perform routine cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy. Issue parts and supplies to mechanics while accurately tracking inventory usage. Order parts and shop consumables in a timely manner to minimize equipment downtime. Identify and source parts for heavy trucks, trailers, cranes, and equipment. Communicate with suppliers to obtain pricing, availability, and delivery information. Interpret equipment specifications, parts manuals, and technical drawings to ensure the correct parts are ordered. Process returns, warranty claims, and core returns as needed. Work closely with the maintenance team to prioritize urgent parts requests.
