Job Description

Automotive Parts Advisor Ryan Motors Do you know your way around Mopar parts like a chef knows their spice rack? Can you tell a customer the difference between a 5.7L HEMI part and a 3.6 Pentastar part without breaking a sweat? If so, we want YOU on our team. Our busy Ryan Motors dealership is looking for a Parts Counter Person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands that the right part and the right attitude equal a smooth-running service drive.
What You'll Do:
Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts needs Support technicians by accurately pulling and issuing parts Maintain inventory accuracy and organization Process special orders and returns Communicate clearly with service advisors and management Keep the parts department clean, organized, and efficient
What We're Looking For:
Experience in automotive parts (CDJR/Mopar experience a plus!) Strong computer skills is a necessity Ability to multitask without losing attention to detail Team player mindset with a customer-first attitude Reliable, punctual, and ready to hustle Valid driver's license 18 years of age or older What we offer: $15-$20 per hour (Depending on Experience) Paid Health Insurance Vision, Dental, and Life insurance options Paid vacation/holiday/sick 401(K) A Professional and Respectful Work Environment Advancement opportunities (70% of our management was promoted from within) Hours 8:00-5:00 or 9:00-6:00 with 1 hour lunch and rotating Saturdays 9:00-2:00 (lunch provided on Saturdays)
