Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM-7:00 PM Papillion Sanitation, a proud member of the Waste Connections family, is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Parts Clerk to support our fleet operations at our brand‑new Bellevue facility. What You'll Do As a Parts Clerk, you'll play a key role in ensuring our shop has the parts and supplies needed to operate efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

Receiving, inspecting, and verifying all incoming parts and materials Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date inventory records Assisting with ordering, restocking, and tracking parts usage Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries Organizing and maintaining a clean, efficient parts and storage area Supporting shop staff with parts-related needs as they arise What You Need to Bring High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of experience in inventory management, parts, or a related field Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time‑management skills Ability to communicate effectively with team members and vendors What We Offer We take care of our people—and it shows.
