Parts Professional We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Professional to join our team. This position plays a key role in keeping our shop running smoothly by managing parts inventory, assisting customers, and supporting our service and rental departments. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and enjoys solving problems. This role requires someone who takes initiative, works well with others, and is committed to providing excellent customer service.

Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong problem-solving ability Energetic and positive team player Willing to learn from mistakes and find solutions Self-motivated go-getter who takes initiative Strong customer service mindset Confident communicator — not timid when helping customers or solving issues Desire to learn and expand knowledge , especially when facing new or unexpected challenges Basic Knowledge Preferred Familiarity with machinery and engines , including equipment such as: Skid Loaders Telehandlers Forklifts Excavators Similar construction or agricultural equipment Job Duties Order parts and maintain proper inventory levels Restock and organize parts inventory Build and repair hydraulic hoses Use computer systems and data to improve parts stocking and inventory processes Source parts for multiple makes and models of equipment Identify hydraulic fittings and components Assist with rental equipment and paperwork when needed Operate equipment as required This position requires strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to do the job well.
