Job Description

GHS Implement is a progressive Farm Equipment dealer, part of a three-store complex with locations in Superior, Hebron, and Geneva, NE. We are looking to add a Parts Counter Sales Representative to our loyal and hardworking team.
Responsibilities:
Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays Verifies receipting of shipments and assists with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders in their proper inventory locations Assists in keeping parts department clean and orderly Follows up on shortages and expedites issues by reporting to the manager Assists in maintaining all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles are in good working order Performs parts warehouse duties, including taking inventory and stocking parts Process warranty claims Assists and/or participates in any customer events, service clinics Participates in any required training, off site or online
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge :
Computer skills are required Basic parts and machinery knowledge Ag and Construction Equipment knowledge preferred Ability to work in a team environment Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs. High School diploma or equivalent experience Forklift license preferred Required education: High school or equivalent Preferred experience:
