Role Description All Bake Technologies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Associate to support our growing parts and service departments. This person will play an important role in ensuring customers receive timely and accurate parts support to keep their equipment running efficiently. The ideal candidate has experience with parts coordination, inventory support and management, warehouse operations, or customer service within a technical, industrial, or distribution environment. Key Responsibilities:

Process customer parts orders via phone and email, along with issuing corresponding purchase orders to vendors Prepare quotations and enter orders accurately into internal systems Identify and source correct parts based on equipment models and manufacturer specifications Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors to confirm availability, pricing, and lead times Assist in developing and managing online parts inventory Assist with inventory management, stock counts, and receiving shipments Support field service technicians with parts coordination and job preparation Maintain organized records and ensure timely follow-up with customers Assist technicians with parts needed for repairs Answering inbound phone calls from customers and mechanics to fill parts requests What We Offer Full-Time employment Career development and support from day one Technical distribution and bakery equipment industry experience Excellent benefits package and 401(k) matching Collegial team environment Ample opportunity for long-term career growth

Qualifications:

Microsoft Word, Excel, Basic Math Skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication skills High School Diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license

Compensation:
