Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Auto Parts Management Specialist, where you'll oversee the efficient procurement, inventory control, and distribution of automotive parts. This role is vital in ensuring seamless operations across supply chain processes, supplier relations, and automotive service support. You'll leverage your expertise in warehouse management, logistics, and automotive diagnostics to optimize parts availability and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. Duties Manage the procurement process by sourcing OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts and negotiating favorable pricing with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing. Oversee inventory management using ERP systems and order management systems to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or overstocking. Coordinate shipping & receiving activities, including warehouse operations, shipping schedules, and delivery timelines to ensure timely parts availability. Utilize automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge to verify parts compatibility and quality before distribution or installation. Maintain accurate data entry for inventory control. Supervise warehouse operations, including forklift handling, equipment repair, and adherence to safety protocols such as HVAC system management. Collaborate with dealership teams and automotive service departments to fulfill parts orders efficiently while providing exceptional customer service. Skills Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and logistics coordination. Proven experience in supplier management, sourcing, negotiation, and procurement management. Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, auto body repair, OEM specifications, and automotive repair processes. Proficiency with inventory management software, order management systems. Hands-on warehouse experience including shipping & receiving, forklift operation certification, and equipment repair skills. Mechanical knowledge related to automotive systems and HVAC units for troubleshooting purposes. Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail; ability to analyze demand planning data for inventory optimization. Customer service aptitude with dealership experience preferred; capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Join us in driving excellence within the auto parts industry! Pay:
$56,795.55 - $69,581.74 per year
