This energetic role offers the opportunity to engage directly with customers, assist with their vehicle needs, and drive sales through exceptional service. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will ensure a smooth, efficient experience for every visitor, helping us build lasting customer relationships and boost our parts department's success. Duties Greet customers warmly and identify their parts needs through active listening and effective communication Assist customers in locating, selecting, and purchasing parts and accessories Write estimates for complete truck builds Manage inventory control by stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, while maintaining excellent phone etiquette Collaborate with the sales team to promote marketing initiatives and special offers to enhance retail sales performance Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure all inventory is properly stored using inventory management tools Requirements Proven experience in retail sales or dealership environments, especially within vehicle parts or service departments Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with diverse customer Familiarity with inventory management systems, POS technology, Microsoft Excel, retail math, and order fulfillment processes Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve a broader customer base Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for stock control and inventory accuracy Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and positive attitude Previous experience with dealership operations or automotive marketing is advantageous.
