Job Description

Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Parts Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service and repair, along with excellent organizational skills. As a Parts Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our inventory is well-managed and that our customers receive the right parts promptly. This position requires effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist customers in identifying and locating the correct automotive parts for their needs. Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is replenished as necessary. Process orders efficiently and accurately, maintaining high standards of order fulfillment. Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring that all parts are stored correctly and accessible. Communicate effectively with team members and customers to provide exceptional service. Stay updated on new products and industry trends to better assist customers. Support vehicle maintenance and repair operations by providing necessary parts in a timely manner. Skills Proficient in vehicle maintenance and automotive repair knowledge. Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory effectively. Ability to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues, both verbally and in writing. Familiarity with order fulfillment processes within an automotive context. Experience in inventory management practices to ensure accurate stock levels. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing customer service capabilities. A proactive approach to problem-solving, particularly in identifying parts requirements for repairs.
