We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Parts Counter Representative to join our growing team. High SchoolResponsibilities Assist customers at the parts counter, over the phone, and via email. Identify and source the correct parts using manufacturer catalogs and software. Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on customer inquiries. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stocking and organizing the parts department. Receive and inspect incoming shipments. Coordinate with the service department to ensure technicians have the parts they need. Process returns, warranty claims, and special orders. Deliver exceptional customer service while building long-term customer relationships.
