Job Description
The Parts Counterperson will manage inventory and assist customers with parts related to tree care industry equipment. This role requires strong product knowledge, efficient order processing, and clear communication with both customers and mechanics, primarily through in-person and phone interactions. The position utilizes standard POS systems and does not involve any travel. Responsibilities Manage inventory of tree care industry equipment parts Provide excellent customer service in-person and over the phone Identify and locate parts accurately for customers and mechanics Process parts orders efficiently using POS systems Replenish stock to maintain optimal inventory levels Maintain and update product knowledge regularly Communicate effectively with mechanics to support their parts needs Preferred Qualifications Mechanical experience a plus Strong customer service skills Effective communication abilities Attention to detail Problem-solving skills
