HVAC Service Coordinator

• Main point of contact between the company and the customers (taking and logging of service calls, coordinating access, etc.)
• Ensure we have the proper access for locations (i.e.: COI, certifications, access codes, access forms, etc.)
• Maintain a log of your accounts and all the open work orders.
• Follow up with parts department for ordering material and lead times.
• Assist in creating daily schedule with the dispatcher and assign technicians to jobs in our software.
• Form genuine connections with customers.
• Constant communication with the customer about work being performed, upcoming projects, material status, completion of work, follow ups
• Read technician's daily service tickets: o Send price quote to parts department if parts are needed. o Send summary to the salesman or account rep for that account. o Send updates to customers and explain the next steps are.
• Work with different portals to communicate with customers.
• Add equipment or locations to our software.
• Advise the billing department on when work orders can be billed.

$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
