Shift Timing:
Mon•Fri 7.00 AM•4.30
PM EST Description:
Create and manage preventive maintenance schedules. Plan and schedule maintenance work orders in the CMMS. Prepare job plans, labor estimates, and material requirements. Track PM compliance and maintenance backlog. Organize and maintain maintenance storeroom inventory. Review and optimize spare parts levels. Create and maintain parts records in CMMS. Track inventory usage and reorder points. Work with vendors to source maintenance materials and spare parts.
Pay:
