Job Description
For over 53 years, we have been providing our customers with superior service and the product value they expect from a staff with integrity. Coupled with our outstanding equipment line, we strive to make customer service our benchmark. The Tri-lift Syracuse parts team has an exciting opportunity for you to join our growing parts department. Order entry position available now. We are seeking an individual to research lift truck machines and quote/order parts accordingly for inside techs/customers. Also working in our Shipping and Recieving department and small warehoiuse. This individual must be a motivated self-starter who can work independently and as a team to actively continue to build relationships with our team and customers.
Requirements:
- Must have mechanical experience/knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good written & communication skills
- Research part specifications using computer
- quote prices & numbers, and order parts accordingly and note special circumstances if needed
- Complete timely and accurate sales slips
- obtain payment credit card information and authorization for customer as needed
- Assists with arranging pickup of larger parts to be shipped out
- Provides strong customer service via phone & in-person
- Understand factors facing customers & techs such as time and work conditions
- Heavy Lifting may be required from time to time
- Run the shipping/receiving area
- Full-time, Monday
- Friday, 8-hour shift
