Job Description

A well-established commercial truck dealer is hiring a Heavy-Duty Truck Parts Counterperson in Westbury, NY to support sales and order fulfillment. Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist customers, technicians, and internal departments with heavy-duty truck parts identification, sourcing, sales, and order fulfillment. Process parts lookups, quotes, orders, and related transactions accurately using computer systems and dealership software. Maintain an organized parts counter area while helping ensure accurate inventory handling and efficient daily workflow. Support day-to-day parts department operations by following established procedures and learning new systems as needed.
Requirements Required:
1+ years of parts experience in a dealership, fleet, or repair shop setting. Strong computer skills with the ability and willingness to learn new systems and procedures. Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented with a professional approach to parts support and order accuracy. Eagerness to learn, accept hands-on training, and grow long-term within a heavy-duty truck parts department. Comfortable working in a fast-paced heavy-duty truck parts environment and adapting to changing team needs.
Preferred:
Experience using CDK dealer management software. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Tech-savvy mindset and interest in building a long-term career in truck parts. #PJ1
Compensation:
$25.00 to $28.00/hour starting pay based on experience.

Shifts:
Day shift, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM start. Overtime available occasionally based on workload.
