Overview Join our dynamic team as a Parts Specialist dedicated to Diesel and Commercial Units! In this energetic role, you will be the go-to expert for diesel and commercial unit (trailers, etc.) parts management, ensuring seamless inventory control, exceptional customer service, and efficient sales processes. Your mechanical knowledge and automotive diagnostics skills will drive success in supporting our commercial vehicle maintenance and repair operations. Duties Manage Commercial truck and trailer parts inventory specifically for diesel engines and commercial vehicle units, ensuring stock accuracy and optimal levels through effective inventory management techniques. Utilize dealership experience and automotive repair knowledge to identify parts quickly Support vehicle maintenance operations by supplying parts needed for diagnostics and repairs, ensuring timely order fulfillment and stock replenishment. Engage with customers via phone or in-person with professional phone etiquette and excellent customer service skills to foster long-term relationships. Responpible for ordering, returns along with core return and keeping inventory. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in diesel diagnostics, repair, and service procedures for diesel engines and commercial vehicles. Proficiency with inventory control systems software for accurate stock management and order processing. Demonstrated ability to multi task with a focus on diesel parts and accessories; experience in commercial truck repair settings is highly valued. Skilled in commercial truck and trailer parts management, stocking procedures, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes. Knowledge of vehicle systems including mechanical troubleshooting to assist customers or technicians efficiently. Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
