Management Positions Responsibilities:
Provide friendly, professional customer service at the counter, by phone, and via email Use GM parts catalog systems to identify correct parts and accessories Process orders, returns, warranties, and special requests accurately Support the Parts Manager with daily operations and department goal
Requirements:
Previous dealership or automotive parts counter experience required Excellent communication and customer service skills Dependable, professional, and teamâ€'oriented Assist retail customers, wholesale accounts, and internal service technicians Please upload your resume.
