Parts Counter Associate Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Parts Counter Associate, where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers and service technicians. Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and service technicians promptly and professionally (both on the phone and in person) Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct automotive parts and accessories Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure the availability of parts Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately Collaborate with service technicians to fulfill parts orders and ensure timely delivery Keep the parts department organized, clean, and well-stocked Provide technical support and product information as needed Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a courteous manner We foster a collaborative and growth-oriented workplace where your contributions are valued. Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a related field preferred Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
