Job Description

SUMMARY Under the direction of the Massillon OH Repair Manager, the Parts Expediter is responsible for expediting all aftermarket sales order for the purpose of checking materials to ensure conformity with order commitments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time. 1. Expedite for the Aftermarket department both manufactured and purchased parts. 2. Expedite repair orders for Aftermarket. 3. Responsible for all company Navision processing of shipments. 4. Responsible for pulling/picking materials for all parts orders. 5. Issue both manufactured and purchased parts to the shop floor through stock base. 6. Confirm shipments daily in the computer to release inventory. 7. Keep track of back orders. 8. Weekly cycle counts 9. Maintaining OTD spreadsheet for shipments 10. Comply with all ISO 9001 and
ISO 45001
processes and procedures 11. Follow all Export rules and guidelines 12. Follow all Hazmat/IATA rules and regulations 13. Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.
QUALIFICATIONS

Average Microsoft proficiency required. General knowledge of manufacturing procedures, material identities and parts department functions. Good organizational and interpersonal skills. Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as open order, parts inventory, etc. Ability to communicate with customers and other employees of the Company. Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
