What You'll Do:
Work on Service Order updates and scheduling/completion of orders through the shop Present and maintain knowledge of all aspects and options available within our ERP and apply it accordingly to each entry Adjust and follow through on customer inquiries regarding service orders Identify and escalate risks related to parts, capacity, or scheduling conflicts Maintain accurate documentation from job initiation through completion Partner with purchasing, sales, and shop leadership to synchronize priorities Maintain a safe and clean work environment, complying with company and industry safety regulations.
What You'll Need:
Associate Degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or High School Diploma with two (2) years related experience. Basic computer proficiency required, including Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation, data entry, and inspection reporting. Understanding of machining, assembly, or repair sequencing is a plus Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, dependable, and able to follow written and verbal instructions.
